Change URL tracking link to courier’s page

    Hi, on the email notification, I would like the customer to be able to click’ track’ and it takes them to the URL I provide on the custom courier link instead. So I don’t want it to take to my own website tracking page. Is this possible?

    To make it work like that, you just need to turn off the tracking service option by going to the plugin settings/Tracking service.

    Also, is there a way I can change the ‘Your Sincerely’ to ‘Kind regards,’?

    This can only be achieved if you enable tracking service and use the premium version.

    Please go to the plugin settings/Email to change it.
