change URL (WP is the website, not part of it)

    I have installed WordPress and all is working well.
    Currently all the WordPress files are in a folder named wordpress. So the URL to access the Blog is:
    https://calhouncycleshopcast.com/wordpress/
    I would like to have the URL be:
    https://calhouncycleshopcast.com/

    I moved all the folders out of the folder named wordpress and into the main folder (calhouncycleshopcast.com), but this didn’t work.

    I’d appreciate advise on how to change this. Being that I have just begun working with WordPress, it would not be a problem at all if it was necessary for me to delete and re-instal the application.
