Change 'US/Canada' phone number text

Hi,
I was wondering how I change the text saying “most US/Canada formats accepted” in the phone number input field.
I want it to say ‘Australian formats accepted’.
I tried changing the php file where it says that but it didn’t do anything. Cleared cache etc.
Appreciate any help.
