Change User Answers When Locked

  • Hello Antoine,

    Many thanks again for creating such a great plugin. It has worked really well for our community fundraiser. We have a total of 196 users!

    Unfortunately, some of our users did not save their predictions properly and now that the bonus questions are closed, they cannot answer them anymore. I’m hoping that there’s a way to open up the questions temporarily so that those users can update or add their predictions or otherwise, if i can ask them to send me their answers, i can add them manually.

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

    You can change the lock time, but then it will open the questions for all users. If it is only temporary, that may be acceptable for you.

    Other option, but more difficult, is to use a tool like phpMyAdmin to edit the table cells. Difficult, because you need to know what you are doing and also you’ll have to find the correct question ID’s and user ID’s.
