    Hello,

I have five level of users, allowing them to access different content.

1 being Administrator, down to level 5 being a new user who basically will have access to one page.

On a page that has FEUP Level of “At Least” “level 5” when I log in with my test account, I am able to view the 1 page.

But if I increase my test account to be a “Level 4” person (F-E Users > Users, Dashboard > click on the username.
Change Level 5 to Level 4
    Admin Approved : yes
    Email Confirmed: Yes
    First Name: Joe
    Surname: Bloggs

    Clicked EDIT USER)

But now I cannot see the page anymore when I log in. I get the error message to “PLEASE LOG IN TO ACCESS THIS CONTENT” but I *am* logged in.

I logged out, and logged in. I re-saved the page.

It happened me earlier also, and I seemed to get past it by deleting the user and re-adding them, but my customer can’t do that with the real users as they need to keep the record of when they logged in etc.

    Is there something I’m missing?

    Hi aisles,

The “at least” follows the numerical order. So, if it’s at least 5, then it’s 5 and above (so anyone with 5, 6, 7, 8, etc.). In your case, the simplest thing to do would probably be to just reverse the order of your levels, so that 5 is the admin and 1 is the new user. Then you could use the at least function how you require.

So I basically don’t understand how numbers work! How embarrassing ??

(I did try “at most” and it didn’t work but still, if I set it up properly from scratch I’m likely to have better luck.)

    Thanks!
