Change user link to wordpress user

    Thanks for the fantastic plugin! It’s almost exactly what I’m after

    I noticed though that the author of the Idea entry links back to a profile specific to Ideastream, and not instead to the user’s main profile. Is it possible to change that? It’s interesting that your plugin is able to grab the user photo, so there’s some interplay between IdeaStream and the User function in wordpress.

    The link can be clicked by any visitor of the site, i don’t think it’s a good idea to do what you want to do, but it’s up to you after all..

    You can filter the user’s profile link. If BuddyPress is activated that’s what i’m doing. You can use this filer 'wp_idea_stream_users_pre_get_user_profile_url' and return the url of your choice.
