Change who can approve new users

    Is it possible to allow other user types approve pending users? I want to allow non-super admins be able to approve new users.

    In order to approve pending users, the user has to have the “edit_users” capability. In multisite, only Super Admins have edit_users assigned by default. This may be changed in the future to either allow it to be changed or to set a different default capability. In the meantime, you could use a role editor plugin to give the edit_users capability to the desired role.
