Change who email is from

I’m trying to figure out how to set up the forms so that the emails sent to me are all from “My Website.” Doesn’t have to be the actual title of the website, could be anything. Right now they are from the email address submitted or if there isn’t one the default email. Seems like something that might be really obvious but I can’t seem to come up with solution.
