Change width of overlap card

I’m using the overlap card in a single-column list, which looks great, but I’d like to widen the amount that it overlaps with the featured image. Right now I have a white background behind the headline, and it seems to overlap the image by about 75%. Is there some styling I can do to make everything overlap 80 or 85% so my headline doesn’t wrap quite so soon? Thanks.
