Change wording just above the opt-in form?

Hello! I just installed your plugin onto a new client site… love it, it’s very cool.

We’re getting ready to launch a new product, so the wording above the opt-in list isn’t appropriate for what we’re doing — it mentions ‘get our free newsletter’.

I’ve looked on all the different settings pages, but I’m not seeing a way to change the wording. Can you point me in the right direction, please? Thanks in advance!
