Change wording of UPDATE TOTALS

Is there a way to change the wording on the checkout page to read UPDATE SHIPPING instead of UPDATE TOTALS? We also have an update cart button to checkout and it’s a bit confusing to the customers which one to push. I think if I could change the wording on the update totals, it would help. Thank you.
