I have a website that serves a restaurant with two locations. (The location slugs are “sixthstreet” and “mueller.”) Each location has unique content. This is a standard WordPress site not a multisite.

Within WPR Menu settings, I have chosen “universal-menu.”

I want to insert the “sixthstreet” menu into “universal-menu” menu when the parent or page name is “sixth street.” I want to insert “mueller” when the parent or page name is “mueller.”

How do I accomplish this? Or is there a better way to accomplish my goal?

    Thanks.

  • rowlandville, I am wondering the same thing.
I have three primary menus, and would like to display each depending on the page slug.

If this plugin has a hook which can set the menu location inside the template file, this would be ideal. Currently it’s only set in “Select Menu”.

    Otherwise, I’ll look elsewhere.

Please post here if you find another plugin that addresses that issue. Thanks!

    Hello,

I am working on an update which would allow you to change the menu location using a filter for specific pages.

Will it allow us to use two different menus with your plugin, depending on page or parent page? And when do you expect this update to be ready?

I have a similar inquiry; Rather than having different menus on different pages, I wanted to have different menus for different user roles; ie. Visitors menu (logged out) and a members menu (logged in). Will post a new thread, but just wanted to post here in the event the solution comes here as well.

    Hi Nirmal,

Any updates regarding this option? Can’t wait to use this feature!
