Changeable pre video

Just beginning to experiment with this plug in.
I ultimately will have several hundred different pieces of video online. I want to run a short ad video before each, but I want to make it easy to update.
My thought was to have a YouTube playlist with the ad video in it, and when I change the ad, all I would have to do is update the playlist. That’s the easy part.
What I can’t figure out is whether you can run a playlist, back to back with a single video using this shortcode.
I can make it do one or the other, but not both.
Any ideas on how to do this, or a better alternative?
