Changed Admin Email – Continue To Get WP Emails

Well, most likely not *everywhere*.

Ideally, if you can, ask the new WP guy with cpanel access to search for your email addy in the database, you’ll have your answer ??

Everywhere within the site, it has been changed. The database, obviously, another story and I bet that’s what’s doing it.

However, I no longer manage the sites as the client decided they didn’t want to pay their bill any longer and hire their nephew (lol isn’t that how it always goes?).

Unfortunately, hitting up the new guy for access isn’t an option and, honestly, he’s not smart enough to know how to do it himself.

Only other option I’ve come up with is to just have a gmail filter that auto sends those to my trash… open to other ideas if possible.

Oh, right, let’s transfer technical care of a an important thing to someone who doesn’t know how to use phpmyadmin. Sounds like a promising plan ??

Maybe ask gmail to forward it to the former customer, instead, rather than spam ?

When people don’t pay their bill for 2 months, they go any route they can possibly go to ensure their site stays online.

Apparently, it won’t just stop at searching in wp_posts. Hopefully that will do the job ??
