Changed Blog URL in Settings and now cant get at it

I have just doen the most stupid thing and don’t know how to resolve it. I hope you guys can help me out.

Basically what I did was change the first of the two urls in the settings general panel by removing the folder name. In my case I have done this:

Original:www.sjmcommunityenterprises.co.uk/blog
Stupid mistake:www.sjmcommunityenterprises.co.uk

What this means is that I can no longer access my dashboard to put this back right and therefor I am stuffed at the moment.

The url I changed is the first one that you come to on the settings, general page.

All I was trying to do was to make my header clickable to return to my main website as opposed to the blog itself.

Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated.
