Changed Home Page to Static Page – Can't Login Because of Security Plugin

Help! I am not a coder by any means…I was in my dashboard and went to settings and changed my root URL to a static home page.

Which is fine, however the /risingtide/login is reverting back to /risingtide and now I cannot login to my website.

How do I gain access to my blog to change the settings back.

I used a security plugin to eliminate the “admin” logins etc. however now, how do I gain access?
