changed hosts , plugins disappeared, can't login to wp

  • We transferred our website. All seemed to be well and then 2 days later plugins went missing. The new hosts had no idea what had happened so we went back to our original hosts and reinstalled plugins and had to do a lot of data re-entry. This morning we can’t login to wp site, just get a blank page after entering username and password.

    Now plugins have disappeared off our site again. Next-gen gallery and table press have disappeared.

  • I think you need to get back in touch with your new hosts about this.

    Emma, go to this wp trouble shooting topic. I had the same thing and it had something to do with shopping cart plugins. I was able to disable the shopping cart plugins and all works fine now.
