changed my domain, now it doesn't work.

I tried to change my domain name without thinking about it, i ahd bought a new one, i didnt know i had to install wordpress first to the new name in go daddy.

I changed the ftp and domain name in settings and now it wont work and i also can’t seem to login to at least try and fix it. PLEASE HELLPP ME.
