Changed permalink, can't log back in

If you changed the URL settings, you CAN change those back using one of several methods that don’t require you to login – see:

I used the ftp option and am back in. All my content is still there, hurrah.

Now the problem is that none of the links on my site work. Eg, I click on a post, it comes up with error 404 again. Or I click on a menu tab, same error 404.
Any tips on what next? I am hoping not to have to reinstall plug ins as the most of my content is all in the Connections directory.

I’m not sure what you mean by the “Connections directory”?
