    I changed my phone number with not access to the last one son I am not receiving sms nor calls to the registered phone number at DUO. How can I login as an admin in DUO Security? I can’t as it asks for a code sent to the registered phone number.

    Although I have changed my phone number the phone is the same and has the duo app installed and configured as always.

    If you activated your Duo Mobile app on the configuration page for your Admin account (in addition to the configuration page for a User account), the Duo Mobile app will have an entry labeled “ADMIN.”

    If this is the case, you should be able to log in using Push. Sometimes the push notification is not received quickly (or at all) due to port blocking and/or other network issues. In these cases, within the Duo Mobile app you can click the “push” button to check for outstanding Push authentication requests.

    If you did not activate your Duo Mobile app for admin panel logins, you will need to have a secondary administrator on the account change your phone number for you. If you are the only administrator on the account, contact Duo Support via an official support channel (Email/Chat/Phone) to start the identity and account ownership verification process.
