Changed Site URL & unable to login with Admin

Good Day,
First of all I am very new to WordPress and web setup and administration.
I saw a posting of similar problem but the fixes there didn’t work for me.
I just setup my WordPress site and all was working well until I decided to change the Site URL.
I am still able to access the website however, not access to the WP-Admin or Customize_Change Set.
In other words I can’t login to make changesThings I’ve tried so far are:
Edit the Functions.PHP fie and type the following below (which didn’t work!)update_option( ‘siteurl’, ‘https://ngeek.000webhostapp.com’ );
update_option( ‘home’, ‘https://ngeek.000webhostapp.com’ );Can anyone please suggest a fix I need to finishing up this website.
Also, I am not comfortable with changing the WP-Config because I want to be able to manage my changes from the URL.
Also, I have been accessing the site through FTP filezilla

Using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides, access phpMyAdmin on your host, then find your DB, there check the wp_options Table (Note: The table prefix of wp_ may be different if you changed it when installing), and make sure siteurl field and home field are correct. If you haven’t already done, always backup your database before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups!
If you don’t feel comfortable messing with the database, you may want to ask your hosting provider to help you with this or try other methods described in the aforementioned codex.
