Changed the name of campaign-lost connection-refresh and now can't access admin

Changed the name and wanted to update. Saw it said I had lost connection.
I hit refresh and now my admin panel is in a redirect loop and I can’t get back in. Front end is ok…back end is screwed.
Need some help pretty quick on this.
