Changed URL and site loading slowly

Hi,

I am working on a site and was asked to change the URL to the one in link link above from the previous one. The domain is hosted on Godaddy and I have not changed the host company. I have changed the nameservers and run a search and replace script to change all urls in the database, however this has not worked. It is strange because the site is on the new domain but takes a loooong long time to load in the browser.

Does anyone have any suggestions.
