changed url in error – half my site is back.

    I changed my url in error in dashboard.
    I also changed my domain ftp to point to new directory.
    I have managed to get my site half up. this is the url:
    https://help-alliance.de
    For some reason when I go to login it ads a slug /de/ to the adddress.
    I cant’t log in as it gives me 404 error.
    PLEASE HELP.
