i have changed the wordpress addres url and the one below it now i am logged out. i cant get access and i cant find my ftp to sort it. i cant get access to the dashboard to implement any of the troubleshooting tips ive read…

Access the database that is connected to your website. Often the database is available in an area PHPMYADMIN. Might be inside your webhosting account. Who is your webhosting vendor?
You can fix the situation in the database.
