Changed web hosts and lost all my posts

I changed hosting from Bluehost to Hostinger a little over a month ago. In between the change I had a medical emergency. I could not get to my data fast enough. Now I cannot access the articles I wrote, over 30 of them. How can I retrieve those articles?
