Changed website info on Facebook page and got empty post in the feed

    Hi there,

    I have been using this plugin on my website for a while without any issues until yesterday.

    Last post on my Facebook page is FB notification that I changed website address for the page. For some reason, plugin doesn’t pull that post properly, and I get empty post info on my website.

    Is it possible to somehow skip those “notification-type” posts in the feed, so only posts with real content and picture get loaded in the website feed?

    Hey!

    Thank you for reporting this problem.

    Our development team has checked, and it appears that Facebook does not provide data about this in the API. Unfortunately, Facebook Feed WD cannot control this.

    However, we will update the plugin and make sure these posts do not appear in the feed, instead of displaying as empty.
