Changed website to another server, site now not working properly

Hi, I have just had my site moved over from one server to another server and I have problems with the site. I unfortuantely lost my images, but, also, the tool bar on the pages that change fonts, sizes, the kitchen sink part, although the buttons work, they don’t have any names on the buttons. I am using Platform theme, have updated wp, deactivated and reactivated tinymce, etc, I don’t know what to do, if it’s a plugin problem or what. Can anyone help please? Many thanks,
