Changed website URL / Can’t Login / Fixes not working

Okay, I changed the website URL, not realizing it would wreck such havoc!

I cannot login. I have done the suggestions Codex-Changing The Site URL and changing the URL in the database through myPHPAdmin – the URL is CORRECT in the database!

This is what happens:

My true login address is https://bestbiztips.com/kerrvillemotel/wp-admin

However, after the fixes and confirming the URL is correct in the database, now my login URL is https://bestbiztips.com/kerrvillemotel/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fbestbiztips.com%2Fkerrvillemotel%2Fwp-admin%2F – which obviously won’t work!

I have tried to hand type in the proper login URL, but it automatically rolls over to this one.

How can I fix this?
