Changed website URL reverting back

Before i start, by no means that i’m an expert in coding.

So recently i got asked by a good friend of mine to help her to change her website domain name, so i thought why not and thats where i made my mistake.
What i did was changing her URL in wordpress setting > general > on both URL text box.
It was from https://pempekandkemplang1707.com to https://pempekkerupuk1707.com and i didn’t know that it needs more than that to change a website name than this.

So as you can imagine i encounter an error and i couldn’t reopen the wp-admin which then i fixed by changing the URL in the wp-options on phpMyadmin and i can reopen the wp-admin page. But the problem is, whenever i tried to open https://pempekandkemplang1707.com [which is the homepage] it keeps reverting back to https://pempekkerupuk1707.com on the URL bar which resulting in an error. The strange thing is that i can open other link such as this https://pempekandkemplang1707.com/sejarah-kemplang/ and it works just fine.
I tried so many things including deleting and restoring .htaccess, make change in wp-config.php which also i revert back again [just incase i made another mistake] to no avail.
