Changed WordPress Address(URL)

My wife changed the WordPress Address (URL) from https://sumarisol.local to https://sumarisol.ie and we can no longer log in. If you change the WordPress Address back to https://sumarisol.local, would it be ok to maintain the site on the local host and host on the domain/site address https://sumarisol.ie?
