changed wordpress url

Moving the site to the main url from a working folder,I changed the address and it did not show up, so I changed the wordpress url also, and now I can’t get in to change anything, I am forbidden!
help!
Shall I reinstall in the main url?
I would like to just move the site up to the main address!
