When I installed the plugin, and ran your setup wizard, I choose the store url to be “aterforsaljare”. I now want to change that to “designer”. But when I do that(and yes I did update the permalinks) all the products disappear on the vendor store page, and I get the message “No products were found of this vendor!”. I have tried the following:

    -Uninstalling and reinstalling your plugin
    -Use the Dokan theme
-Uninstalling and delete all Dokan related options in the database(wp_options), then reinstalling.
-Deleted old vendors, and creating new ones, and associated the products again.
-Created a new product, and associated to new vendor

After all this i still get the message “No products were found of this vendor!”. All I have to do to get the product to return(on the vendor store page) is to change the URL in the settings back to “aterforsaljare” and everything magically reappears.

  • Hi

Do you by any chance have a caching plugin? Most of the time when I have such issues they are related to a caching plugin. Clear the cache of the plugin and disabled it. NB! Do not just disable the plugin, clear the cache first and then disable.
    Good luck.

Thanks for the tip, but I have no caching plugin installed.

    Hello @josefulander ,

When you say store URL I believe you are referring to the store URL settings under Dokan > Settings > General. Changing this should not remove the products.

Can you please contact our official support channel with access to your site? We will need to investigate further to get to a solution.

    Thank you.

Contacted the support and they solved it very quickly! This is the reply I got for future reference:

    Thank you for your reply.

After checking your website, I have found that your custom post type was conflicting with the Dokan store URL.

You have made a custom post type which is designer and this post type URL is the same which one you would like to add.

In that case, I have changed the designer to designers and your products are showing perfectly in the store pages.
