    Same +1, no changelog = no update.

    Same, I’am waiting for the changelog to update the plugin…

    I contacted Sendcloud support. They stated the plugin didn’t change…
    Why release a new major version then? Very weird.
    Looking at their github, they added quite a few services.

    Quit customer unfriendly for a Premium plugin to just throw in 1 line of changelog text for a seems-like a big feature. Without context…

    Still a question: what happens if the client doesn’t create a ‘checkout’ at the Sendcloud-side? Does it still work?

    It is correct that the previous release didn’t had a detailed description in the changelog. We just updated the changelog accordingly. I hope this will answer your questions. See link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/sendcloud-shipping/#developers
    In the future we will of course try to prevent this situation. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thanks for the explanation.
    I already had contact with sales after requesting a demo.

    The new checkout feature looks promising, but the documentation around it is spread over multiple support pages.
    Would be awesome to have a 20min / 30min screencast video to see multiple possibilities of the new checkout. Anymore: more video-tutorials then now.
    Cause i advice Sendcloud multiple times to my customers, but still always struggling with setting it up. And answering questions around SendCloud.
    For example: i you use the checkout, where are the prices being set, what about taxes on shippingcosts, …

    So, the sales agent will contact me soon to plan a meeting. So, i’m very curious.
