Hello, I would like to change the title of the form fields

It’s not an option in the free version. But it is possible to do if you set up the custom form. You can find steps on the plugin Installation page. Look for the section called “Custom Submission Form” for the steps. Once you have a custom form set up, you or a developer can go in and change the labels/placeholders/text to whatever is needed.

Thank you, but I’m not sure we understand each other. I want to change “Title of the article” to “Text of your quote” on the form field. I cannot find in which file I can modify it, by ftp for example.

Correct. Any titles, labels, placeholders etc. that are on the form itself can be customized only by setting up the custom form (see my previous reply). Unless I am still misunderstanding, maybe link to a screenshot or something might help.
