Changes are not being saved

After the initial installation, I configured the plugin, and everything was working fine. Then I uninstalled the plugin and immediately reinstalled it. However, after the second installation, no changes are being saved. For example, I can’t save the GTM number or any other settings. The ‘Save’ button is clicked, but after a second, the changes are reset.

I’ve tried the uninstall and reinstall procedure a few more times, but it didn’t help.

Please, could you advise on how to fix this?
