• I reordered some portfolio items by dragging and dropping them, but the changes are not reflected on the front end. What am I missing, is there a configuration that I’m missing?

  • Hi @sirotwo,

I just try it on my end and it seems to work ok.
Do you have caching plugins on the site?

I recommend installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate this plugin and see if the same happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.

Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

    All the best,
    Mihaela

I don’t have a caching plugin. But it is a multisite setup. Does it support multisite??

    Hello @sirotwo,

Please let us know what portfolio theme/plugin you use so we can test it. Also, can you send us a link to the portfolio page and a screenshot with their order after it was
modified with our plugin? You can upload it here by using imgur.com

    Warmly,
    Beatrice.
