I am using the latest version og Theme 2014, and latest version of Loco translater.

To start With: It worked before, but now it dont Work anymore.

My changes Work for a while, an hour or so. And then they change back.

I am working with Twenty Fourteen and da_DK

I have tried 10 times now.

Something must be wrong. It seemes as it just after an hour changes back to that translation (Danish) of wordpress, that is the official.

Am I doing something wrong? I am opening the file PO dk-da Danish, and translate – make changes – and save. An it Works.

But an hour later it has changed back!!

Where are you saving your custom MO files?

Loco doesn’t alter your files without you manually saving them, so I don’t see any way Loco can be reverting your translations. It sounds more likely as if an update process is undoing your work

Thank you very much for your reply.
That is very kind of you.

I have used LOCO for a while, and it is new thing it is not working.

But I have always had to translate again after a WordPress update. But now it translates back.

I do not know what you mean precisely by manually saving. I press the button Save. Shall i do more?

    This how i do:

    (Three steps)

Shall the Mo files be any particular place?

    I have installed the plugin.
I have made a map called languages via FTP, but i just checked and it is empty. Maybe i putted it wrong place?

In this map there is a .po and a .mo file:

    /public_html/wp-content/languages/themes

I have made a map here, but it is empty:

    /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/languages

Hope you will guide me through.

As I’ve already said, Loco won’t overwrite your files without your action.

    WordPress updates will.

So don’t store your translations under wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen.
Only store your translations under wp-content/languages/themes

To make sure Loco saves in the latter location, make sure wp-content/languages/themes is writable by the web server.
