    Hello Support Team,

    I am currently in consultation with a customer who would like to use your plugin. A question has now arisen.

    • Service A is booked
    • Customer calls by phone and wants service B.

    Is this possible in the backend of the premium version or do you have to cancel service A and create service B from scratch?

    Hello there! 

    Thank you for your question and your interest in our Appointment Booking plugin. 

    Of course, you can modify existing bookings and replace assigned services from the back end of your website without any issues.
