Changes don't show on Live Preview or on Front end of site

    Hello,

    I’ve just installed this plugin on a site. Initially it looked good, pasted in a shortcode for a subscribe form and it showed fine. But then I made further changes, saved the changes, and the changes are not showing when I look at the site when I’m logged out in a different browser. The changes are also not showing when I click to see the live preview.

    There’s no caching plugin on the site. I’ve tried viewing the site in different browsers, but only the initial edit of the page was showing.

    I’ve tried pasting the HTML into the custom HTML box on the advanced tab, when I save this, the site then shows the latest changes (although the shortcode no longer works).

    I want to be able to use the text editor but it is not showing changes I make there. (as the shortcode will work if pasted in the text editor).

    That’s my latest changes, but only because I pasted it into the advanced tab. If I put the content in the Content tab, it doesn’t show my latest changes.

    The shortcode was working when I first installed the plugin, I pasted the shortcode into the content area and the first time I saved it all was okay. The shortcode worked fine then. But when I made further changes in the Content tab, these changes were not shown, but the shortcode continued to work.

    The shortcode only stopped working when I tried pasting everything in the Advanced tab.

    Strange, hard for me to tell with out logging and looking at the setup.

    But I only provide that level of support with the Pro Version. :/

    Okay thank you. I’ll try some other plugins and come back to you if I can’t find anything suitable.
