Changes in CSS are not reflecting on the website

I have been trying to make changes to Style.CSS but it is not reflected in the website. I am using themewoo and cherry framework https://www.shoppingandcoupon.com
Earlier changes were taking few hours to reflect but now no change is reflecting on the website.
