Changes looks great when previewing (befor saving) but all-wrong after saving

Here is the problem.
I make changes to a page containing blog-roll. when i preview it before saving- it looks great.
after saving the draft, or publishing the page-it seems all wrong. (the blog-roll appears under the footer)

Another related issue appears when duplicating a page containing blog-roll. the original page looks perfect, but the duplicated version- that contain the exact same content- appears wrong.

any ideas?
