Changes made on custom_css are not working if working taking too long

  • Hello,
    I’m having a weird problem on the wordpress site I’m working now.
    It’s on Thesis Theme. https://www.troykeur.com/
    if I make any changes on The custom_css and custom_functions most of those changes don’t take effect on the site, few of them do but it take them too long to initiate.
    Like I’ve made change (removed border from header) on the morning, I see it make effects on the evening.
    Does anyone have these sorts of problem?
    I need your suggestions ASAP, PLEASE.

    That’s a commercial theme and we don’t support those here. Please contact the theme vendor for support.

    Reasonably sure using a little deduction based on the “if I make any changes on The custom_css and custom_functions” statement you’d made. ??

    Those are theme specific files/functions and are not part of WordPress.

    Part of our usual troubleshoot is to recommend that you temporarily switch to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme issues. In this case that wouldn’t help as you are working on changes to your theme.

    Yes. You’ve paid for support from them and there is nothing wrong with availing yourself of that option.
