Changes made to theme not showing up

  • I made a minor change to my theme. I changed one of the colors. I hit the update button and it tells me the changes were made, but when I view the site, no changes show up. I tried switching to another theme and made color changes and the same thing happened, No changes. What am I doing wrong? Please help me.

    That’s not very nice. Maybe you aren’t too clear.

    suggested to delete it in the same way you saw it – via your FTP client called filezilla.

    If you have FTP access you never need to go to cPanel to work with files.

    Coollist, it’s YOU that’s unclear. First of all, you were never told to clear a cache plugin. You were told to disable it if you had one. You can’t “clear” plugins. Log in to your admin panel (your wordpress admin), go to plugins, and if you have a caching plugin disable it, clear your BROWSERS cache, and check if you can see the changes made to your theme.
