Hi and thank you for a fantastic theme.
I recently had to change payment method to be SCA compliant.
This means my users are now redirected to the payment gateway page (stripe in my case) for payment instead of having the form to be filled in.

The problem is that when my users click the big “pay now” button, they see a popup in the browser with the warning (unsaved changes made to the page will be lost). This is a pain as customer get afraid that their bill-to information are not saved.

On top of that, if customer either choose “leave” or “cancel” they will however be redirected to the payment gateway.

Is there a way to get rid of the annoying pop-up ?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

The theme does not support any popup like that, it must come from a third-party plugin. You can deactivate all plugins then activate one by one to find the culprit.

    Hope that helps.

Hi @longnguyen, thanks for the reply. Yes, the popup is a browser pop-up. It does not come from third-party. It comes from wordpress itself.
