Hello everyone, I’m in the process of building my website and I’m trying to add a few widgets to my site. The first two are using the html widget with code from trading view. The other widget is an accordion widget for an FAQ page. Both widgets appear to be functioning properly inside Elementor but once I exit the plugin and view my site those changes aren’t carried over. I looked up an article on how to address this issue. Some of the solutions being to clear the catche on wordpress and my browser. One being to save the page as a template and create a new page. Another being to see if those same widget will work on a general wordpress theme to check and see if it’s an issue with the theme. The widgets still didn’t work on any other theme and none of the other solutions seem to work. I’m not sure what else to do to address this issue since this is my first wordpress site. I’ve posted this same post on Elementors’ forum but I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. The only other thing I’ve thought of was contacting my themes dev, posting to Stackoverflow, and contact Trading View.

    Hi lianakap,

The site hasn’t been launched yet. It’s still behind the coming soon page so I’m not sure you’ll be able to see anything on your end. I’ll still attach the url though.

    Hi,

Have you tried deactivating all your plugins besides Elementor?

Also, since we cannot access your live site, please send here a screenshot of the layout on the back end, and on the front end.

    Hi michellei,

I deactivated all plugins but Bluehost and Elementor and the Trading View html plugin and the accordion issues where still accruing. Just to double check by backend you’re referring to how the layout looks in the Elementor page builder correct? Not the html code for the entire website itself? Forgive me, I’m new to WordPress but if it’s the former, I’ll attach images of both the front and backend below. Please let me know if you have any issues viewing the link below.

    Hi,

Thanks for the screenshot. Yes, by backend I referred to the layout on the editor.

Please deactivate Bluehost and the Trading View HTML plugins as well to check if it makes a difference.

In addition, please go over our guide regarding this:

I hope this will help you solve the issue.
