Changes Not Saving

    When edit the data on a chart, and save, it tells me it’s saved, but the data remains unchanged. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, disabling caching, updating the plug in. Nothing works. Can I please get some assistance?

    Thanks for the information.

    The feature to manually enter the data comes in the Pro version of Visualizer and this forum is mainly reserved for the Free version of Visualizer.
