Changes Not Updating

Hi there,
I have been making my site https://www.concept8media.com.au and I am nearly finished. However, when I try to make changes to my site particularly on the work page, nothing happens. I will add another video or add some text and update the page but when I look at my site, no changes have happened. I have cleared my browser cache, refreshed the page, cleared w3 total cache and even deactivated w3 total cache. Would you know why it is not working?
