Changes on css don’t displayed on mobile

    Hello!
    I’m using timeline express on Boardwalk theme. I had a problem with the display of the Announcement Image, was always out of the box. No problem, i thought, i can modify with SiteOrigin CSS. I did it, and this worked on desktop, but I still have the problem of the image out of the grey box viewing on mobile.

    Do you know how can i fix it?
