Changes to my wordpress are not being reflected to customers

  • I’ve made changes on my computer that i’ve done so with for 4+ years. The changes are reflected on this computer. I have many customers saying they dont see the changes and the contents is 3+ weeks old. When i access my site on my Mobile Phone it is 3+ weeks old content.
    I’ve had people tell me that they have to try using Firefox cause Chrome wont work or other similar things of that nature.

    I’ve deactivated plugins and tried clearing cache… nothing seems to work. My website provider shows no issues with the site on their end either.

    Any Ideas?

    can you share a link to screenshot of your admin dashboard to show something saved in a page or post that is NOT showing properly on customer view?

    i’m not sure i know how to do that. do you have an email i could send that information to? i am struggling to paste any screenshots here.
